Cooked them over coals on a simple spit -- good, better with a little salt -- or made stew out of them (cut up, boiled for a long time with whatever vegetables were available until the meat fell off the bones -- also very good). Also boiled one with some salt in the water once, nothing else -- made kind of a broth with the meat. Like your post.]]></description>
